Setting up a new workspace requires a substantial investment from the business owners. Especially in the current volatile and unpredictable market situation, the business owners/ end users aren’t comfortable investing in office furniture, as it requires a lot of capital. In such cases, built-to-suit offices are more preferred. StudioDNA provides such ready to use office spaces where the entire office furniture is provided and funded. This is called furniture funding or ‘plug-n-play’ units, wherein the business owners/ end users just have to get man and machine i.e., workforce and the equipment required. The advantages for such kinds of office units are that the business owners/end users can save on the capital expenditure.

The built to suit office space is inclusive of the furniture and the respective service provisions required for a workspace. These items are provided by us and the fully furnished ready to use premises is given to the client on a long lease with a minimum lock-in period of 5 years.
