Responsibilities & Duties:
Principle responsibility of candidate is Business Development. It includes the following tasks :
• Lead generation: Targeting commercial real estate industry which include real estate consultants, international property consultants, developers-builders and project managers in a MNC.
• Targeting top level management responsible for company’s expansion. Project managers who play an important role in shortlisting of properties (Commercial office premises).
• Expert in online lead generation.
• Initiating dialogue by calling, taking up appointment and giving profile presentation
• Doing follow-ups at regular intervals via calls, messages, emails etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Knowledge in the feild of Interior designing (Corporate offices).
• Good command in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati languages.
• Well versed with MS Office.
