OUR TRANSACTION PROCESS

SITE ANALYSIS

We prioritize on getting to know our clients requirements based on the nature of their business. After the initial meeting with the client our team does an extensive site visit in order to get a clear understanding of all variables that could impact the design.

CONCEPTUALIZATION AND DESIGNING

After the site visit we begin to develop exterior elevations that allow us to create the style and character and secure conceptual architectural review. We provide various design options for the same. After detailed discussions with the client, we finalize the designs and concepts and come up with 3D views for the same.

TENDERING AND NEGOTIATIONS

After the drawings are created, we invite various contractors and vendors through the tendering process. Bidding is done and the best team is finalised keeping in mind the budgets as well as the quality of work.

EXECUTION OF WORK

After the appointment of MEP, PMC and Laisoning consultant is done the detailed drawings for implementing the project are put in place for an undisturbed workflow at the site and the process of execution begins. Our company appoints various engineers who are responsible for all the on-site activities and updating the client with daily reports and bar charts.

PROJECT COMPLETION AND HANDOVER

The testing and commissioning is done along with all the contractors and a report is made which is submitted to the client. Once all the activities are completed, we handover the site to the client and submit the as built drawings
